About
St. Cyprian of Carthage Orthodox Church is in the Diocese of the South of the Orthodox Church in America. Our hierarch is the Most Reverend Alexander, Archbishop of Dallas, the South and the Bulgarian Diocese. The primate of the OCA is Metropolitan Tikhon (Mollard).
Our community is ethnically diverse and welcoming to visitors of all backgrounds. We have been serving the Richmond area since 1974 when Fr. George De Trana founded the mission. Fr. David Arnold has faithfully served St. Cyprian’s since 2004.
